Is this really free?
Yes. There are no booking fees, no hidden charges, and no markup. We're compensated by our hotel partners, so this service is complimentary — always.
Will the rate be higher than what I see online?
Not likely — and certainly not in the ways that matter. Online booking engines often hide taxes and fees until the final screen. Our quotes include the full, bottom-line total. And with added perks like breakfast, upgrades, and credits, our bookings often net out better overall.
What kinds of hotels qualify?
Many of the world's most design-forward, service-driven hotels are part of our partner network. If your pick qualifies, we'll book it with perks. If not, we'll offer thoughtful alternatives — or book it as-is with the same care.
When should I book?
As early as possible. We only book flexible, refundable rates so you have time to adjust. The earlier you request, the more likely we can secure perks, preferred rooms, and soft landings.
Can I still earn points or use my hotel status?
Yes — when booking eligible rates, you'll still earn points, elite nights, and recognition of your status. In some cases, your perks and benefits may even stack.
